Dancer is a Copenhagen-based skate brand founded in 2018 by Hjalte Halberg. Famed for his part on the Polar Skate Co roster, Halberg has turned his hand to the creative direction behind his own brand, and Dancer offers up light-hearted, playful designs, bringing Scandinavian minimalism seen in cities like Copenhagen to skateboarding. Dancer produces high-quality skate apparel made in Europe and the US using eco-friendly fabrics and materials. With 100% organic cotton T-shirts, heavyweight hoodies, ripstop belted pants, and embroidered caps, Dancer blends durability, comfort, and style. Halberg routinely produces cider in his downtime, and this appears to inspire some of his designs for Dancer, which frequently feature an apple motif. The brand is relatively new to the NOTE roster but is already one of our favourites.

Over the years, they’ve worked with Last Resort AB, Polar Skate Co., Pop Trading Company, Nike SB and Hardbody NYC, bringing skateboarding, fashion, and art together in innovative ways.
