Refund policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you have 30 days from the date of receiving the goods to return them to us for a full refund of the cost of the product, or exchange. Postage costs will not be refunded for unwanted items, or where an exchange is required through no fault of our own. The goods must be in perfect original condition with any tags still attached and free gifts with purchase included. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and we recommend you return your goods using a tracked delivery service that provides proof of delivery. Include a note with your contact details and order number and let us know if you would prefer a refund or exchange. We can also accept returns from online orders in our Manchester shop.

Order Cancelations and Alterations
If you wish to cancel or alter an order please contact us as soon as possible so we deal with it before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped before we are contacted we will have to treat it as a return.

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product from us please contact us for advice on what to do.
Incorrect Orders
We do our best to get orders right but every once in a while errors occur. If we have sent you an incorrect order please contact us and we will look in to it.
We make every effort to ensure the descriptions and photographs we give are a fair representation of the products we sell. However due to inconsistencies in the manufacturing of some products, and because the colours on our website may vary slightly depending on how your monitor is calibrated, we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will always look exactly the same as they do on the computer screen.
