In 2005 Nike SB released a shoe which is credited with changing sneaker culture and kicking off Dunk mania. The Nike SB Dunk Low medium grey/white-dark grey was designed by Jeff Staple who envisioned a shoe to represent his city with the iconic NYC Pigeon embroidered at the lateral heel. The shoe release is the stuff of legend.
Now to mark the 15th anniversary of the SB Dunk and the 20th anniversary of Staple Design the highly anticipated second collaboration is about to release. Jeff Staple presents a blank slate of simple black to "just let the Pigeon be the story", as he puts it. A classic pink Nike SB shoe box completes the nod to Staple's 2005 SB Dunk.
