Trucks
Trucks all perform the same basic function in terms of steering and controlling a skateboard. Different brands and models have their own unique feel which can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the kingpin nut. If you are new to skateboarding and are wondering what size trucks to choose you should aim to match the axle width of the trucks to the width of your deck. High trucks are better suited to larger wheels and looser trucks and low trucks to smaller wheels.
