Team Tings

Wednesday, 18th August 2010 , 4 Comments

Jumping on the Manchester skatepark reggae edit bandwagon here is Cinch's vid featuring himself, Nev, Tone, Dom and Fred Gall. Last weekend Ben, Nev and John Bell went to Newquay and entered a comp which you can watch here and here. Dom's got a photo in the new Sidewalk 167 which is out now and Joe is on the back of Front. Tyrone is on Landscape and John Bell is on DC. Breaking News: Apollo 13 has been stolen. Tony's bike was last seen unlocked outside the Spring Gardens Post Office while he queued up to post out some mail orders. If you spot a blue mountain bike with no bearings in the back wheel, a badly buckled front wheel, busted suspension, broken brakes, tyres painted chrome and 'Apollo 13' sprayed on the down tube please phone 0161 839 7077 immediately.

Manchester skateboard shop Around 1999 I watched 'The Chocolate Tour' and was blown away with a certain trick Stevie Williams did. A switch backside 180 to backside nosegrind revert on a picnic table. I re-named it 'The Move' and have been trying it ever since. Until I make it your gonna have to settle for the regular version. Wow, just read that back to myself. Bone caption sorry. New T shirts in now from Stupid Bloody Tuesday and The Harmony.

Sorry for the lack of team news

Friday, 25th June 2010 , 0 Comments

Manchester skateboard shop Apologies for the lack of blogging lately. We've been busy working on this new site. Here's a little run down of what's been going on lately. Ben is repping Pretty Green and is over in Dublin with Nev. Tone has grown a moustache but still gets recognised as the dude who was in all the newspapers because Manchester Council sent a letter to his parents to try and stop him skating. Gravis footwear are hooking Tone up. Joe has an arty new ad in the new Kingpin magazine (in now). Gavzo offcuts, sequences and Tale Of Two Cities updates. Tyrone is shooting photos with a blader. Kev is topping up his tan and taking advantage of all the free booze in the Northern Quarter. John Bell is taking a weekend off filming hammers for three vids simultaneously to be in the finals of a manny comp in London. Mike Mathews is doing band practice in preparation of the Suzuki Method EP and tour. Jackass Jethro has been skating in Barcelona and Lyon and is filming a video part with Shanks.
